    Great to be using Sylk again. I purchased an alternative product when Sylk was temporarily unavailable some time back – there was simply no comparison and I’m relieved Sylk is so readily available online again. I’m not a fan of the new tube style packaging however, having managed to twist the lid right off during the initial opening process and it’s rather a large quantity for something you need just a few drops of. Any chance of a small-sized discrete bottle suitable for travel? It’s an everyday essential as far as I’m concerned and this would be a wonderful bonus for holidays and away days.

    Suffered with very dry painful vagina since going through the menopause in my early 40s. Did everything was told to, no perfumed soap shower gels no bubble baths but every so often the pain would be unbearable. It was a mixture of severe dryness and a burning pain. Dr wouldn’t give me HRT cream she said because I was overweight. I came across Sylk, after seeing a leaflet in a surgery, actually years ago but didn’t think it would help. Happy to say have been using this for few years, it really does sooth the burning hell that occurs down below, also lubricating the dryness. With other changes, no perfumed hygiene products, only cotton underwear, no tight fitting vagina hugging clothes, the symptoms are less and come and go. I really recommend this product it really changed my life.

    Having been diagnosed with endometrial cancer and advised to immediately stop using an oestrogen-based pessary prescribed for vaginal atrophy, I was very worried how I would cope – with chemotherapy, and soon a hysterectomy.     I have tried other moisturisers and this is the most gentle, fragrance free and non irritating I’ve used.
    Please do not stop making, the 100ml size is great addition too.

    I’m 76, and since a hysterectomy for endometrial cancer over 25 years ago have suffered severe vaginal dryness – a problem that no-one ever told me might occur and one I didn’t expect to happen. At times, everything is “just” extremely itchy. But at other times there is such dryness that the discomfort and pain can be mistaken for a UTI infection. I’m unable to use any preparation containing oestrogen because my cancer was an oestrogen cancer, so many of the preparations GPs prescribe are not suitable for me. About 12 months ago a gynaecologist suggested Sylk, and it has revolutionised my life. Now I make certain I always have a good supply so I don’t have to endure that terrible discomfort you can’t describe. Sylk is non-irritating, very gentle and soothing, leaves no stains on clothing, is super easy to apply, fragrance free – and it definitely works! I would definitely recommend it, and the website offer is fantastic.
