Becoming a mum brings a whirlwind of changes in your life, with many natural hormonal changes. It’s very common for new mothers to experience vaginal dryness as a result.

Peri-Menopause, the Menopause & Post-Menopause

The peri-menopause is the time when your menstrual cycle begins to change ahead of the menopause, “The Change”, when you don’t have a period for more than 12 months. This time can be unsettling with many symptoms we’re familiar with, such a hot flushes and mood swings. But vaginal dryness is one change that doesn’t go away, even post-menopause.
