Working with a Certified Menopause Coach, you’ll be guided through the steps to create your personalised Thrive Menopause Plan that works for you. You will also gain a greater understanding of your menopause, gain tools and resources to help manage symptoms and discover incremental habit changes that will improve your overall well-being.

Led by an experienced and certified menopause coach who understands the physical, emotional and mental aspects of this transition; our Coaching Programmes offer expert guidance and support tailored to your unique needs.
Practical Resources
Access to worksheets, guides, meal plans & other resources to support your journey outside of coaching sessions.
Empowerment
Set goals and work through the steps and any challenges so you can take control of your menopause journey. Discover strategies for managing symptoms, optimizing health and embracing this new stage of life with confidence. You will create, build and work through your own Thrive Menopause Plan including the chance to participate in a tried and tested Reset Cleanse.

Everyone’s menopause and experience is different. There are over 34 different symptoms after all. Your Menopause Coach will work with you to develop personalised strategies and solutions that fit your lifestyle and preferences.
