Slow Flow Yoga Practice
Join Georgina Gardner (Space for Life Yoga) for a slow flow yoga practice to re-connect with your body and claim your personal power. Greater body awareness can help you notice instinctive messages and know your natural limits. We’ll also take some power poses to reclaim personal space and confidence, and explore breathwork to energise. We will close the session with a relaxing yoga nidra meditation to leave you refreshed.
Menopause Coaching
Led by Certified Menopause Coach, Nicky Gaylor, this 1 hour session is your chance to focus on YOU. It will enable you to set goals to achieve calm and balance in your life. We’ll work out the steps you need to take, what support you might need and how to ask for help. Setting clear boundaries will ensure you focus your energy on what’s important to you so can you THRIVE.
