Menopause Health Coaching
As a menopause health coach, it is important to me that my clients are matched with the right coach, so I offer a 40 minute coaching call so that we can decide if we are a good fit. If there is any doubt, I have a wide range of coaches who I can introduce clients to.
My signature programme is called Get Your Sparkle Back and runs in three easy steps over 3 or 6 months.
First, we set up the conditions for success to make sure you don’t fall back into old patterns of behaviour. It’s vitally important to make sure we make you a priority in your busy life and consider how everything fits into your life.
Next, we look at how you burn your food and which foods energise you and which deplete your brain and mood energy.
Finally, we turn all your new healthy habits into behaviours that last.
By the end of the programme, you will have different rituals, different habits and feel totally transformed in your body and mind. We are aiming towards lasting changes, after all nothing sticks that is a quick fix!
